Gulf Coast Military Maintenance is a Commercial Cleaning Service that hires veterans to deliver a unique level of detail and cleanliness to your business. By working with Gulf Coast Military Maintenance you will be helping to employ local veterans and participate in the effort by hirepatriots.com to end veteran unemployment.

At least 10% of all revenue for Gulf Coast Military Maintenance is donated back to HirePatriots and Patriotic Hearts, both 501 (c) 3 non-profits dedicated to ending veteran unemployment.

Services offered in the greater Houston area include but are not limited to:

  • Commercial - Small single offices to entire business parks, small private schools to large universities, warehouses, retirement communities, retail centers, restaurant/bars, etc.
  • Real Estate - Rentals, Open Houses, and Foreclosures we will get it clean and ready to sell
  • Residential - daily, weekly and monthly cleanings available
  • We are Veterans – We hire Veterans

I am a proud US Army veteran. I served across the for over 3 years actively and then 5 years in Reserve/ Guard components. I have also served as a DoD contractor where I served the military community for a space of 8 years both in Iraq and Afghanistan. I began Gulf Coast MM to assist other veterans and make a direct impact on veteran unemployment. I have always had an entrepreneurial desire to do more. USMM has afforded me the opportunity to effect veterans’ lives and inspire my passionate spirit at the same time. I continue to serve as that is my calling!

Assessment: It all starts with us taking a look at what needs to be done – and usually it's not as bad as you think. We'll let you know how long it's going to take and what it's going to require.
The Move: If you want everything to be really clean, we'll start by removing any of the furniture we can. There's no sense in hiding a stain with an ottoman when we can just remove it from the very start!
The Clean: The moment we've all been waiting for, where we get rid of all of the muck and junk and give you your place back! We only use the safest chemicals, so there's nothing to worry about.
